We no speak Americano. Dé zomerhit van 2010. Je hoorde het overal, altijd en vooral veel. Veel te vaak naar mijn mening, en dan heb je t bij mij al snel verpest. God, wat is dat nummer nu irritant zeg!!

Iets wat mij beschrijft? Vriendlief zou zeggen; lui!! Tja... Dat kan ik errug goed. Lui zijn. En bij lui zijn, denk ik aan Bruno Mars - the lazy song

day 14 - a song that no one would expect you to love

Wat denk ik maar weinig mensen weten, is dat ik een enorme liefhebber van keiharde rock. Nou valt dit nummer niet perse daaronder, maar dit is wel zo'n nummer dat gewoon KEIHARD gedraaid moet worden. En af en toe, als dit nummer voorbij komt op de radio... Dan gáát ie ook KEIHARD. Evenals nummers van Kings of Leon, Red Hot Chili Peppers, de Kaiser Chiefs of Nirvana :)

day 13 – a song that is a guilty pleasure

Ik schaam me nu al dood. Ik weet ook niet of ik het wel uit zou kunnen spreken. Gelukkig is dit een weblog, en hoef ik het 'alleen' maar te typen. En zelfs dát gaat moeilijk hoor, zal ik je vertellen. Als ik namelijk zo'n 10 jaar jonger was geweest, had ik vast en zeker aan de nieuwste hype meegedaan. Ik zou 'Belieber'-ige trekjes hebben.... Ja!! Je leest het goed! Ik kan de muziek van Justin Bieber best waarderen.

Nou kan ik niet zeggen dat ik fan ben, integendeel... Maar ach, sommige nummers van hem zijn best aan te horen. Neem nou bijvoorbeeld -begin maar vast met lachen, de titel is al om te gieren- Eenie Meenie . Best geinig toch? En ik weet dat er meer mensen zijn die er stiekem net zo over denken als ik! Dus kom maarrrrr met die reacties, lieve mede-Beliebers van me!

day 11 – a song from your favorite band

Sinds ik vorig jaar Maroon 5 live heb gezien tijdens een showcase van Q-Music, ben ik toch wel lichtelijk verslaafd aan de muziek van Maroon 5. Eigenlijk was ik dat al vanaf hun eerste cd, maar jezus wat zijn die gasten goed als ze live optreden.

In 2010 bracht Maroon 5 het album 'Hands All Over' uit, met als eerste single 'Misery'. En dat is nou net de leukste van het hele album (vind ik dan).

day 09 – a song that you can dance to

Mohombiiii! Dat ge-boem bang bang van m... Nou daar kan ik het wel op hoor! (dansen dan he) Zodra ik dat nummer hoor (veelal in de auto) gaan bij mij alle remmen los. Ja, ook in de auto. No problemo.
Eigenlijk gaat de tekst gewoon over keiharde porno, maar ach... Who cares?! Het gaat om de beat, de vrolijke melodie en het gevoel dat deze plaat me geeft. Het doet me denken aan zomer, strand, de zon en gewoon remmen los en gaan met die banaan. I like!
